Initial Situation
Deutsche Bank was seeking a solution to professionalise and centralise its internal marketing and communications workflows. As one of Europe's largest financial institutions, the requirements around compliance, governance and integration with existing enterprise systems were particularly demanding. The Adobe Workfront implementation was intended to serve as the central work management platform, consolidating previously fragmented processes.
My Approach
Engaged via Antegma GmbH, I assumed the role of Workfront Expert with a broad scope of responsibilities. My approach combined technical configuration with strategic process consulting:
- Process analysis and business analysis: In-depth analysis of existing workflows and identification of automation potential within the regulated banking environment
- Workfront configuration: Building the platform with due regard to Deutsche Bank's specific compliance requirements and governance structures
- Adobe Fusion automations: Developing integration scenarios to connect existing systems and automate recurring processes
- Coaching and knowledge transfer: Enabling internal teams to independently develop the platform further
- Stakeholder management: Navigating complex organisational structures with alignment across multiple business units and hierarchical levels
Results
- Successful Workfront implementation within a regulated banking environment
- Established Fusion automations for core business processes
- Documented process landscape with clear optimisation pathways
- Internal teams empowered through a structured coaching programme
- Governance-compliant setup with clearly defined role and access concepts
