Initial Situation
Boots/No7 UK was using Wrike as its work management platform and was preparing to migrate to Adobe Workfront in order to achieve better integration with the existing Adobe ecosystem. The migration involved not only a platform switch but also the redesign of core workflows in the marketing and content domain.
My Approach
I took charge of the technical and organisational management of the migration from Wrike to Workfront. The focus was on a clean setup of the new instance, data migration, and the development of tailor-made automations. Via Adobe Fusion, scenarios were built for internal cost allocation as well as an automated asset upload function into Adobe Experience Manager. In parallel, I developed a comprehensive reporting framework and delivered training for end users.
