Initial Situation
Loma Poko was an own-initiative project with the aim of building an online shop for exclusive pet accessories. The market for premium pet products was growing steadily and offered potential for a curated, quality-oriented niche positioning.
My Approach
I was responsible for the complete concept design of the online shop, from brand development through to shop design and marketing strategy. Technical implementation was managed through an external agency which I briefed and coordinated. In parallel, I developed the marketing strategy and set up targeted AdWords campaigns for customer acquisition.
