Initial Situation
EnviaM, one of Germany's largest regional energy providers, was faced with the decision of evaluating its existing content management system Sitefinity and benchmarking it against Adobe Experience Cloud. The objective was to establish a well-founded basis for its future CMS strategy.
My Approach
I conducted a structured assessment of the internal systems and developed a detailed benchmark comparing Sitefinity with Adobe Experience Cloud. The analysis covered functional requirements, integration capabilities, scalability and total cost of ownership. The findings were presented at an internal workshop and discussed jointly with stakeholders in order to derive a robust recommendation.
