Initial Situation
Daimler AG was looking for digital solutions to support dealership visitors. In a short, focused project, a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was to be designed for a web application that digitally enriches the customer experience in physical retail.
My Approach
I took full ownership of the MVP concept from idea through to presentable solution. The emphasis was on creating wireframes in Adobe XD, formulating detailed user stories, and preparing a compelling pitch presentation for management and retail partners. The concept was structured so that it served as a decision basis for a potential implementation.
