Initial Situation
As part of the comprehensive relaunch of the website www.condor.com, there was a need for experienced business analysis expertise. The flight search section — one of the most business-critical areas of the platform — was to be fundamentally redesigned in order to improve the conversion rate and enhance the user experience.
My Approach
As Interim Business Analyst I focused on the systematic analysis and documentation of existing processes in the flight search area. My activities included evaluating tracking data to identify user behaviour and drop-off points, producing detailed requirements documentation, and deriving concrete optimisation opportunities. Particular emphasis was placed on stakeholder management across multiple business units, in order to integrate the varying requirements for flight search into a consistent overall concept.
