Initial Situation
AutoScout24, one of Europe's leading online marketplaces for vehicles, required interim product management capacity for the Marketplaces domain. The platform was in an intensive development phase in which information architecture, usability and new features needed to be advanced in parallel.
My Approach
As Interim Product Manager I assumed responsibility for the conceptual and strategic development of the Marketplace area. My focus was on optimising the information architecture for more intuitive user navigation, improving usability on the basis of user feedback, and preparing and prioritising sprint content. Close collaboration with stakeholders ensured that business requirements and user experience were kept in alignment.
